Sewing: Making a Rice Heating/Cold Pack

Learn how to sew in this fun and easy beginner class! 

Students will learn the basics of sewing by making a heating/cold pack with cotton flannel, rice, and organic essential oils. 

Rice packs are a useful craft that can be used over and over again, for muscle aches and pains, relaxation, cold feet, or even great for gifting! 

This class is geared toward 8+

Fabric, thread, notions, needles, etc, are included in the class. Students must provide their own machines.
