Make and Take: Hügelkultur Raised Bed

Learn the ancient wisdom and technique of Hügelkultur Raised Beds!

This ancient technique in gardening is a type of self-watering system and self composting system created in Germany and inspired by the grandfather of biodynamics, Rudolph Steiner. 

Students will learn how to make their own Hügelkultur Raised Beds, the science of this type of gardening, and take home a small planter to continue their gardening at home!
